• ALL DAY access to all our Playland attractions: Jumping Pillows (weather permitting), Zip Lines, Singing Chicken Show,  Splash Pad (weather permitting), Fire Truck, Slides, Sandbox, Straw Jumps and More!

• Awesome staff member to help unload and load gifts and any decorations

• We do not provide decorations​.

• Additional Adults and Children welcome at an additional per person rate

• Additional Cafe Menu items available to add on to your party

• NO OUTSIDE FOOD. All food/drinks must be purchased on our farm, with the exception of the birthday cake.

• A $100 deposit is required to book your party. (Deposits are non-refundable)

• Payment can be made online using the link sent to you once your date and time is confirm

• Full Payment is required at our farm market at the end of your party. For your convenience, payment may be made by cash, debit, Visa or Mastercard

• Birthday Parties run rain or shine.  We have several indoor activities in the event of inclement weather

• Gifts are the full responsibility of the birthday family

• Brooks Farms cannot be responsible for the storage or security of these items

• You will be given access to the party room 15 minutes prior to party time for any decorating or set up

• Bring your own Birthday Cake (we'll supply the forks & plates)

Due to the popularity of parties, we cannot guarantee time slots until you speak directly with our Event Manager.
